About David

David Laurie has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a focus on investment sales and acquisitions.  His background includes working with retail, multifamily, hotel, office, and industrial assets.  His expertise in analysis, investment strategies, and identifying development opportunities continues to prove beneficial to many investors and developers.  In addition to working as a broker, David worked with a development company where he successfully navigated projects from conception to acquisition/development and finally to stabilization.

Prior to his commercial real estate background, David worked with two fortune 500 companies overseeing North American marketing campaigns and managing stores as large as 50,000 square feet.  He proudly served in the United States Air Force and, therefore, worked at the Pentagon as a civilian for the Defense Intelligence Agency.

David attended Florida State University where he received his undergraduate degrees in Management/Marketing and Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, as well as, his MBA focused on International Business.  David is a broker associate and is pursuing his CCIM designation.  He and his wife, Ginger, have two beautiful children and own a successful hair salon in Jacksonville Beach.
